Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Program Manager For Overseas Opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of overseas opportunity programs, coordinate with clients to provide personalized immigration-related guidance, liaise with internal teams for case preparation, and ensure compliance with immigration requirements. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring program performance, addressing client concerns, and strategizing methods to improve services.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Client Coordination skills, with an ability to oversee and guide immigration-related programs
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with expertise in client handling and cross-team collaboration
- Research and Problem-Solving skills to address and resolve immigration-related issues effectively
- Proficiency in Documentation and Compliance Management for immigration applications
- Adaptability and Organizational skills to manage multiple programs and clients efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in immigration consulting or a related field is a strong advantage
