Job Overview
Pharoscion is looking for a Program Manager who can efficiently manage marketing execution, creative operations, client communication, and campaign strategy across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling graphics/design teams, planning marketing strategies, managing ad campaigns, and maintaining smooth coordination with clients. This role requires someone who understands both the creative and performance side of a marketing agency and can ensure projects move efficiently from planning to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing strategies based on client goals and business objectives
- Manage and oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns
- Coordinate social media marketing, branding, lead generation, and performance marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results
- Work closely with content, design, and ads teams to ensure effective execution
Creative & Graphics Team Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the graphics/design team
- Assign creative tasks and ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Review designs and marketing creatives before client delivery
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creatives and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers for social media creatives, ad creatives, branding materials, presentations, and website graphics
Client Handling & Communication
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements clearly
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding updates, approvals, and campaign progress
- Share strategies, reports, and recommendations with clients professionally
- Handle feedback, revisions, and project discussions smoothly
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
Proposal & Planning
- Prepare marketing proposals, campaign plans, presentations, and pitch decks
- Create monthly marketing plans and execution timelines
- Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding and project execution
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate between graphics, content, ads, and marketing teams
- Track project timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth workflow and proper communication within teams
- Maintain quality standards across all projects
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Experience in handling graphics/design teams
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Experience in proposal creation and marketing planning
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a marketing agency
- Experience working with multiple clients and industries
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, etc.
- Understanding of social media trends, branding, and creative marketing
