π We're Hiring: Program Manager (Collection)! π
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Program Manager to take ownership of key enterprise
accounts. You will act as the dedicated strategic partner for these clients, ensuring our platform is seamlessly
integrated into their operations, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable ROI.
As the Program Manager, you will be the bridge between the clientβs leadership team and our internal
product/tech teams. You will monitor performance, optimize system usage, and proactively solve bottlenecks
to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do:
π― Manage end-to-end collection processes and strategies.
π Analyze data to identify trends and improve collection efficiency.
π€ Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
π Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
π Implement best practices for program management across teams.
π Monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
π‘ Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
ο· Experience: 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Customer Success, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
ο· Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in FinTech, Debt Collection is a massive plus.
ο· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read raw data (Excel, CSV, BI Dashboards), spot trends, and translate numbers into actionable operational strategies.
ο· Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, AI tools usage with technical teams.
ο· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate issues gracefully.
ο· Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across 2-3 complex accounts simultaneously.
