Founded in 2020, Masters’ Union is a new-age, industry-led university focused on business, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. About Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the MU Capital Markets Programme through stakeholder management, trainer outreach, industry partnerships, and end-to-end program operations. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline and conduct practitioner and trainer outreach for the MU Capital Markets Programme
- Scout and establish partnerships with key stakeholders such as brokerage firms and stock market traders
- Maintain trackers, monitor course schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure program alignment
- Foster strong relationships with all instructors and serve as the primary POC between various departments
- Design compelling emails and content to drive engagement and interest in the courses
- Collect feedback on faculty performance and implement enhancements to improve program effectiveness
- Manage and support all operational activities with the front runners and marketing teams
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience working in the Learning and Development operations vertical at top brokerage firm
- A Bachelor’s degree with a core interest in finance, stock markets, capital markets, secondary markets, and derivatives - such financial acumen is mandatory to the role in planning engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation skills
- Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment amid senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, solve problems creatively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
