Responsibilities:
● Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stages
to effectively manage learning programs related to software development.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the
market, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our learning offerings.
● Deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practices
to ensure successful program execution, including setting objectives, establishing
timelines, and managing resources.
● Design and develop comprehensive learning paths that cater to different roles
and skill levels within our organization.
● Multitask effectively to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously,
ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
● Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively
convey complex information and engage stakeholders at various levels.
● Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams,
including learning designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to
ensure successful program implementation.
● Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile methodologies to support the
implementation of learning programs within an agile framework.
● Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify
potential challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements: 2-5yrs Experience (woman with career break can also apply)
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
● Proven experience as a Program Manager (learning and development domain) or QA.
● In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its
various stages.
● Familiarity with current technology trends and advancements in the market.
● Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best
practices.
● Experience in designing and implementing learning paths or curricula.
● Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize
and meet deadlines.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
