Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager from IIT or IIM with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution skills. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Eligibility (Mandatory):
- Graduate or Postgraduate from any IIT or IIM
- 2–6 years of professional experience
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional programs involving Product, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Technology.
- Build project plans, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyze business metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Improve processes through automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Own multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
