Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects aimed at empowering rural livestock farming. Responsibilities include designing and implementing programs, managing stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role requires collaboration with various teams, developing training and educational materials for farmers, and managing budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate and manage complex projects effectively
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving abilities to ensure alignment with company goals
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building, particularly in rural or agricultural settings
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Understanding of Livestock Management, Veterinary Services, and Sustainable Agriculture Practices
- Proficiency in Data Management, Analysis, and Reporting
- Ability to thrive in an on-site role in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Rural Development, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in the agricultural or rural development sector is highly desirable
