Manager – Program Management and Marketing
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of a project that involves collaboration between professionals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, colleges, training faculty, students and Higher Education departments of Government. This role requires effective coordination, strategic planning, and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to ensure the project's objectives are met.
Project Planning:
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with BFSI executives, college faculty, and students.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
Marketing and Campaign Management:
- Liaison for empanelment of new colleges
- Liaison with industry leaders at events
- Conduct campaigns
- Support Technogen digital marketing team for social media publicity and posts
Engagement Program Development:
- Work with subject matter experts to design and implement engagement programs for BFSI executives and college students.
- Ensure that programs align with project goals and provide value to participants.
Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars involving BFSI executives and college students.
- Oversee logistics, participant registration, and follow-up activities.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the project meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Finance).
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in program management, curriculum development, or learning and development, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex learning initiatives and driving measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and educational technology platforms.
