Job Title - Program Manager HR
📍 Primary Location: Dholera
(Certain days from Ahmedabad / GIFT City office if required)
We are looking for a Sharp, dynamic and adaptable professional to work closely with the Senior Leadership and provide executive‑level support. This is a fast‑paced role, ideal for someone who is flexible with workdays and priorities and comfortable working primarily from the Dholera location.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Senior Leadership on daily priorities and initiatives
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Support data analysis and HR analytics for leadership decision‑making
- Contribute to HR initiatives including onboarding and cross‑functional projects
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of work experience
- Strong hands‑on skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 college graduates preferred
- Open to flexible workdays and working mainly from Dholera
