Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramnad. The person in this role will plan, implement, and oversee programs that align with Sociopotents’ mission of building socially potential individuals and communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating program activities, managing timelines and resources, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring programs are delivered effectively and within budget. The Program Manager will work closely with internal teams, partners, and government bodies, maintain clear documentation, and provide regular reports on program performance. The role also involves identifying opportunities for program improvement, facilitating feedback, and supporting outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, such as participants, partners, and team members.
- Solid communication skills, including clear written documentation and effective in-person presentations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess program outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Experience in community development, social impact, education, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, education, or a related discipline preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Ramnad and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Commitment to inclusivity, ethical practices, and creating a supportive environment for all participants.
