Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Program Manager will oversee project execution by coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The role involves budget management, risk assessment, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities also include team leadership, aligning project goals with business objectives, and enabling seamless collaboration across all project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Program Management, including project planning, tracking, and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, conflict resolution, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of semiconductor design, ASIC development, and embedded engineering processes is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of digital transformation technologies like artificial intelligence, IoT, and data analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an added advantage.
