Role Description
The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. Responsibilities include developing business plans, managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, and delivering tailored client solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. The role also involves proactively identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and managing Key Accounts to foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills for strategy development and decision-making
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs and provide outstanding client support
- Proven track record in developing and executing plans to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role is an advantage
