Role Description The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of international conferences, ensuring each event meets strategic, academic, and operational objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves coordinating program timelines, managing speaker and participant communications, and collaborating with internal teams on content, logistics, and marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include curating conference agendas, tracking milestones and budgets, monitoring quality standards, and resolving issues that may arise before or during events. The Program Manager will also collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements for future conferences. This role requires active stakeholder management and clear documentation to keep all partners aligned and informed.
