Role Description
As a Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of programs from ideation to execution to scale.
This is not a traditional role.
You will operate like a mini-founder for your program, working closely with the Founders and Core Team, owning:
- Revenue (P&L)
- Growth & GTM
- Program strategy
- Hiring & talent management
- Operations & execution
- Data & Statistics
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Ownership & P&L
- Own the complete P&L of assigned programs
- Drive revenue, margins, and growth targets
- Plan pricing, batch sizes, and scaling strategy
- Monitor performance and take corrective actions
2. Program Strategy & Launch (0 → 1)
- Identify market opportunities & gaps
- Collaborate with Product team in conceptualization and launches new programs
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Persona)
- Build GTM strategy in collaboration with growth teams
3. Growth & GTM Execution
Work closely with:
- Marketing (performance + content)
- Sales teams
- Enable:
- Campaign strategy
- Messaging
- Conversion funnels
- Drive program-level growth experiments
4. Operations & Execution
- Ensure smooth execution across:
- Program delivery
- Scheduling
- Student experience
- Solve operational bottlenecks proactively
- Build scalable processes
5. Hiring & Talent Management
- Identify and own in hiring with HR support:
- Sales
- Ops
- Growth
- Build and manage your program team
6. Cross-Functional & Founder Collaboration
- Work directly with Founders and Core Team on high-priority initiatives
- Collaborate across departments:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Content
- Design
- Operations
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across teams
- Drive cross-functional projects and unblock dependencies
7. Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Track key metrics:
- Revenue
- Conversion
- Retention
- NPS
- Use data to iterate and improve programs.
Who We’re Looking ForMust-Have:
- 0–2 years experience (or exceptional freshers)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong with Analytical thinking and Mathematics and numbers
- High ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent with MS Excel, Powerpoints, Office Suites
- Understanding of AI Tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Good to Have:
- Experience in startups / internships
- Exposure to EdTech / operations / growth
- Basic understanding of business and financial metrics
