Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accelerator Program Manager role based in Gurugram. The Accelerator Program Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of PadUp's structured startup acceleration programs. Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, facilitating mentor and participant engagements, monitoring program progress, and ensuring program deliverables are met. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing program performance, and providing thought leadership to enhance the outcomes for startups supported by PadUp Ventures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in startups acceleration, innovation, startup ecosystems, or entrepreneurship-focused roles.
- Passion for supporting startups and fostering innovation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with mentors, startups, and ecosystem partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for program improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content such as program plans, reports, and presentations.
- Educational background in business management, entrepreneurship, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
