Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects to support MyTron Labs' mission. Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring project goals are met successfully. The Program Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders, maintain clear communication, and strive to enhance operational efficiency to deliver impactful results.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Coordination: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Proficiency in project management tools is an asset.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork to achieve project objectives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Risk Mitigation: Proven ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and manage risks effectively throughout project lifecycles.
- Relevant Experience: Background in robotics, AI, technology, or data-related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or other relevant disciplines. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
