About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager who will play a key role in driving the success of our academic and career preparation programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality experience for students across their journey at MESA.
This role requires strong ownership, operational excellence, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Operations & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned programs, ensuring smooth delivery across all program milestones.
- Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and internal teams to ensure program schedules, sessions, and activities are executed seamlessly.
- Manage program calendars, timelines, and operational workfows.
Student Experience & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for students throughout their program journey.
- Ensure students receive timely communication, support, and guidance.
- Track student progress, engagement, and participation across program activities.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with admissions, operations, faculty, and career teams to ensure alignment across program delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for sessions, workshops, events, and program activities.
- Support initiatives that enhance program quality and student outcomes.
Career Preparation & Industry Exposure
- Support initiatives that help students prepare for internships and career opportunities.
- Coordinate industry interactions, workshops, and career readiness sessions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure students are prepared for placements and industry engagements.
Program Tracking & Improvement
- Monitor program performance and student feedback to identify areas for
- improvement.Maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
Who We’ re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in program management, operations, education programs, or student engagement roles.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
