Role Description:
Location: Hyderabad, with frequent travel to project districts
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead programme documentation, reporting, and maintenance of project records.
• Manage and update the Management Information System (MIS) and ensure data quality.
• Monitor project implementation through regular field visits and provide technical support to project teams.
• Track project progress against work plans, outputs, and outcomes, and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Coordinate with field staff, partner organisations, government departments, and donors for effective programme implementation.
• Support proposal development, donor reporting, review meetings, and project evaluations.
• Ensure timely documentation of success stories, case studies, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Provide monitoring and implementation support across multiple projects and undertake regular travel to project locations.
Qualification & Experience:
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, documentation, MIS, monitoring, and reporting in the NGO/development sector.
• Experience working on gender issues, women's empowerment, child rights, or community development will be preferred.
• Excellent report writing, documentation, and communication skills in English. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MIS, and data management systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project districts.
