As a Program Manager, you will work closely with the Director – Operations to conceptualise, launch, and scale key business and operational programs at Leverage Edu, including select new initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities. This role is both strategic and execution-driven, requiring strong ownership to translate leadership vision into structured programs, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Ownership: Partner with the Director – Operations to define program objectives, scope, and success metrics for ongoing programs and emerging initiatives; drive end-to-end execution from planning to scale.
Program Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central coordination point across operations, sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
Operational Excellence: Design and optimise SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Performance & Data Management: Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders across program life cycles.
Funnel & Revenue Enablement: Support end-to-end funnel optimisation—from lead generation to conversion—driving predictable and sustainable revenue outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, run pilots, and implement improvements based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
Vendor Coordination & Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support program execution, manage timelines, service quality, and costs, and ensure alignment with operational goals and compliance standards.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Education, or a related field.(Master’s / MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred)3–5+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or business roles
Strong execution capability in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience working closely with senior leadership is a strong plus
A strong ownership mindset, with accountability for deliverables and the ability to proactively drive execution to completion.
