Founder's Office — Program Manager

This role sits inside the founder's office. You'll work directly with the founders on programs that matter — the kind where the answer isn't obvious, the stakeholders don't all agree, and the outcome is visible in the business numbers.

The work
The anchor program: Kisah loses revenue after the sale — through customer returns and order cancellations. The causes are spread across catalogue quality, size accuracy, product presentation, fulfilment, and customer expectation-setting. No single team owns the full picture.
You will. Without running any of those teams.
Your job is to understand where the leakage is coming from, build a prioritized fix plan, and drive it across functions until the numbers move. As this program matures, you'll take on other high-priority programs across the business.
What you'll actually do
- Diagnose a complex, cross-functional problem with real rigour not just surface-level pattern matching
- Build a fix roadmap and hold teams accountable to it without having direct authority over them
- Track the right metrics, separate signal from noise, and escalate with a point of view
- Run tight review rhythms — weekly check-ins, clear owners, no drift
- Translate messy findings into sharp decisions and crisp briefs
Who you are
- 3–6 years in. Industry doesn't matter — the thinking pattern does
- You've owned a cross-functional problem before and driven a measurable outcome through people you didn't manage
- Structured enough to hold complexity together, scrappy enough to move fast when needed
- You write clearly, think in frameworks, and don't need to be told twice
- You want proximity to decision-making and are ready to earn it

What success looks like in 90 days
The returns and cancellation problem has a clear diagnosis root causes prioritized, owners identified, a fix roadmap running. The business has a structured view of why leakage happens and what's being done. At least one intervention is live and showing early signal.
