Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate projects through their lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of each phase. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, maintaining stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives. The role also involves mitigating risks and fostering a culture of excellence in program execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Project and Program Management skills, including experience in creating workflows, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in assessing risks, developing strategic plans, and establishing goals for cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Technical acumen with familiarity in project management software and basic financial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Remote work experience and the ability to thrive in virtual team environments
- Previous experience in the financial or investment sector is advantageous
