Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Program Manager who can manage daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive smooth execution across delivery and business programs. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and operational thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational programs
- Coordinate between operations, riders, support, and management teams
- Track daily performance, delivery efficiency, and operational KPIs
- Ensure smooth execution of business and delivery processes
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Monitor team productivity and task completion
- Handle escalation management and quick issue resolution
- Work closely with leadership on operational planning and execution
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of operations and workflow management
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Data-driven decision-making approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Program Management / Operations
- Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or startup ecosystem preferred
