Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, with a strong focus on native mobile app initiatives (iOS/Android). This role requires a leader who can drive execution across multiple workstreams, establish strong governance, manage diverse stakeholders, and work seamlessly with Product Leaders and Agile/Scrum teams.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of program execution excellence, Agile expertise, and product understanding, enabling them to connect strategy with delivery and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end program delivery for large-scale initiatives, with native mobile app delivery experience (iOS/Android) considered a strong advantage.
- Define and manage program scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple projects/teams.
- Partner closely with Product Leaders, Engineering, UX, QA, and Business stakeholders to align delivery with product vision and priorities.
- Establish and run program governance, including regular steering committee and stakeholder review forums.
- Track and report program health, progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics on a regular cadence.
- Prepare and share clear, concise, and executive-ready status updates with senior leadership.
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues early, with mitigation and contingency plans.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution at scale, ensuring alignment across multiple Scrum teams.
- Facilitate coordination across teams to manage cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers.
- Ensure program alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Continuously improve program delivery processes, communication, and execution effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management delivering complex technology initiatives.
- Proven experience running programs end-to-end, preferably with native mobile app development.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience managing multiple Agile teams.
- Solid product understanding—ability to engage meaningfully with Product Managers and understand product nuances.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management across technical, business, and leadership audiences.
- Hands-on experience with program and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Experience driving governance, decision-making, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product-led or digital-first organizations.
- Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, app store releases, and post-launch support.
- Experience managing multi-team or multi-vendor programs.
- Prior experience working with global or distributed teams.
