Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, with the ability to influence, build consensus and inspire followership across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and scaling projects, and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Ability to have a big picture mindset, with strong judgment, a bias to action and high tolerance for ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent problem solving, attention to detail skills, with the ability to have a strong mindset for continuous improvement.

About the jobAs a program manager you will be the primary engine for the day-to-day implementation of the 2026 roadmap. You will partner directly with the Lead Program Manager (PgM) who will guide the overarching strategy and planning while you take full ownership of operational preparation, execution, and delivery. You will drive engagement, manage site-wide communications, and ensure the successful rollout of flagship programs aligned with the 'ACE' (AI Ready, Collaboration, Excellence) OKRs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution, logistics, and delivery of high-impact site events to achieve a cumulative footfall of >2500 unique attendees. This includes the four community forum annual summits (Eg: Elevate), the Ignite Innovation Expo, and the year-end "Cheers Day."
- Represent the CE India Site Ops. Draft, prepare, and send high-quality communications, announcements, and event promos to the entire site.
- Manage the operational cadence for critical site cohorts (PM/BSA, TPgM, Frontline Managers, and TLs).
- Assist the site PgM in maintaining dashboards and tracking progress.
