About The Role
The Program Manager role at Qualcomm involves leading complex System-on-Chip (SOC) Design Verification projects within the Engineering Services Group. This position requires developing, defining, and executing comprehensive project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risk management strategies. The Program Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. The role demands effective interfacing with internal teams and external partners, managing multiple project milestones, and driving on-time completion of deliverables. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining budget discipline while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Track and manage multiple SOC Design Verification project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop, define, and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management protocols.
- Monitor weekly progress against milestones, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Interface effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across project objectives.
- Maintain oversight of project budgets and spending, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization.
- Represent the program in cross-functional meetings, driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring all parties are informed of project status and risks.
- Support risk identification and mitigation efforts by maintaining and updating risk trackers and implementing contingency plans.
- Support team objectives by completing assigned tasks on time, ensuring compliance with organizational processes, and adhering to best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging industry best practices and innovative project management techniques.
