Job Description
eClerx Services Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to join our IN_PS_004912_Digital_CSC_PayPal Data Ops department as a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data operations, process governance, and operational excellence initiatives. This role is perfect for a leader who can manage data teams, engage stakeholders, and drive transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end data operations, ensuring efficient delivery management.
- Drive data quality initiatives, focusing on governance, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage and mentor large operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and optimize reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for effective monitoring.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on delivery goals.
- Initiate and lead automation projects to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring smooth data migration and validation.
- Establish governance processes, review mechanisms, and track performance regularly.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their operational capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Data Operations, Data Management, or Delivery Operations.
- Expertise in MIS, reporting, data governance, and operational processes is a must.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large delivery teams and driving process transformation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in automation and process optimization initiatives is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BFSI, Analytics, Technology, or Shared Services environments is desirable.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or migration projects is a plus.
- A proven track record of successful delivery and operational excellence.
