Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to spearhead our AI infrastructure journey, ensuring our global infrastructure can support large-scale AI deployment. This role is pivotal in translating high-level AI strategies into technical realities, managing the rollout of AI platforms, and fostering internal AI adoption. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between IT, data science, and leadership, driving our organization towards a future-ready AI-powered state.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for LLMs, RAG, and specialized AI workloads.
- Manage GPU resources and optimize compute costs across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Ensure high availability and uptime for AI platforms, meeting industry standards.
- Lead AI platform deployments, identifying high-impact use cases with business units.
- Develop training programs and AI playbooks for seamless adoption by all staff.
- Implement data privacy and ethics guardrails, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols for AI assets, protecting against prompt injection and data leakage.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, data science teams, and C-suite leadership.
- Manage relationships with AI hardware and software providers, staying ahead of technology trends.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Cloud AI stacks (Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on experience managing ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini licensing and consoles.
- Proficiency with AI development frameworks and orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proven experience transitioning traditional IT infrastructure to support modern AI/ML workloads.
- 15-18 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with 3+ years in Program Management or Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in PMP, Prince2, or Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP) are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to business stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and ability to navigate the dynamic AI landscape.
