We are looking for a Program Manager who can bring structure to complexity and drive large initiatives from idea to execution. This role is about owning outcomes—not just tracking tasks.
You will work across teams, align stakeholders, and ensure programs move with clarity, speed, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of key programs, from planning to execution and closure
- Break down business goals into structured plans, timelines, and measurable milestones
- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, operations, and business teams
- Identify risks early and proactively solve for them without slowing down execution
- Track program progress, define success metrics, and ensure delivery against targets
- Run regular reviews with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Build scalable processes and frameworks to improve execution quality over time
- Ensure dependencies are managed and bottlenecks are resolved quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing clarity
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, business)
- Solid understanding of execution frameworks, planning, and delivery management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication—clear, structured, and outcome-focused
