About the role:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Program Manager to lead revenue-driving initiatives, optimize sales and business operations, and ensure seamless execution of strategic programs. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and strategy, owning end-to-end program execution to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define program goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Design and execute initiatives to improve revenue, conversion rates, and margins
- Identify growth opportunities across markets, channels, and customer segments
- Work closely with sales teams to drive funnel efficiency and closures
- Monitor sales performance metrics (leads, conversion, revenue, CAC, etc.)
- Build dashboards and reports for tracking business performance
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity
- Support leadership in pricing strategies, market expansion, and go-to-market plans
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Drive strategic projects such as new product launches or city/category expansion
- Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, product, operations)
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies in sales and business processes and drive improvements
- Implement SOPs and scalable processes for growth
- Work on automation and tools to enhance productivity
Key Requirements
- MBA / Engineering / Business-related degree
- 2–5 years of experience in program management, business operations roles
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments preferred
