We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity with BIG 4 for the role of Program Manager/ Project Manager (retail banking / Wealth Domain).
Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Role Overview:
This role focuses on driving large-scale digital transformation programs along with market activation (Go-To-Market) initiatives, working closely with global stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation and agile program execution
Drive go-to-market (GTM) and market activation initiatives
Manage cross-functional and global stakeholders
Oversee business readiness and change management
🔹 Preferred Skills:
Experience in Digital Transformation / Program Management
Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
Tools: JIRA, Confluence
Strong stakeholder management & communication
