Established in 2010, Authentica offers a diverse portfolio of custom and faculty-led education abroad programs across 25+ countries, collaborating with over 35 university partners. In Summer 2025, Authentica plans to expand its offerings by launching a suite of standard programs, starting in Florence and Barcelona.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune District for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the design, delivery, and execution of education-abroad programs, ensuring program goals align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with university partners, managing program logistics, tracking progress against timelines, and ensuring high-quality participant experiences. The role also involves managing budgets, coordinating teams, and addressing operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills to create, execute, and oversee multifaceted programs.
- Effective communication, relationship management, and teamwork abilities for engaging with university partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in handling program budgets and operational logistics to meet strategic goals.
- Experience in education abroad, program development, or the international education sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and their application within educational contexts is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred but not required.
- High level of cultural competency and enthusiasm for fostering global engagement and intercultural exchange.
