About the Role" We are seeking a seasoned Program/Transformation Leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives in complex SDLC environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at applying leading tools and methodologies to drive business transformation across multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders.

"Responsibilities"
- Lead organization-wide SDLC transformations impacting hundreds to thousands of users across business units and geographies.
- Develop and implement scalable change management frameworks using PROSCI best practices for major platform implementations, migrations, or process redesigns.
- Manage multiple concurrent change initiatives as part of a centralized change portfolio, ensuring prioritization and efficient resource planning.
- Build and execute large-scale training and communications programs tailored for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, program managers, and global teams to align project goals and business readiness.
- Oversee the set-up MoC for high-volume, high-risk change environments.
- Monitor adoption across multiple business units via survey data, analytics, and structured feedback loops, driving continuous improvements at scale.
- Lead change audits, ensuring regulatory and security compliance for all SDLC-related changes.
- Reduce resistance and increase adoption by tailoring change strategies to various regions, cultures, and organizational structures.
