About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the connective tissue across our external ecosystem — coordinating and driving engagements with prospects, clients, vendors, Independent Design Houses (IDHs), OEMs, and ODMs. You will own the end-to-end tracking and management of these engagements, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners, and driving programs to successful, on-time outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who thrives on structure, stakeholder management, and getting things done in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for prospects, clients, vendors, Independent Design Houses (IDHs), OEMs, and ODMs throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Track, manage, and report on the status of all active and upcoming engagements, ensuring visibility into timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams (engineering, sales, product, and support) and external partners to keep programs on schedule.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and schedules; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate regular reviews and status updates with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, agreements, and communication cadences with clients, vendors, and design/manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate technical and commercial discussions with prospects and clients, working closely with sales and engineering teams.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with external partners (IDHs, OEMs, ODMs) to ensure smooth execution of joint programs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in program management practices and tools.
• Escalate and resolve conflicts or blockers that could impact engagement timelines or deliverables.
Requirements• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related stakeholder-facing role, preferably in the semiconductor, hardware, or deep-tech industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent external engagements involving clients, vendors, IDHs, OEMs, and/or ODMs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks.
• Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
• Prior experience in the semiconductor, AI hardware, or IoT ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus.
