Program Manager | Aerospace Electronics |9 - 10 Years| Bengaluru
Program Manager to support project planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of project management fundamentals and be proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel-based reporting. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, manage schedules, track deliverables, and support successful project execution for Aerospace and defense projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Track project milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Support project tracking activities related to schedule, cost, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Maintain project documentation and action trackers.
- Support project review meetings and follow up on action items.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination roles.
- Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Microsoft Project -Project planning | Scheduling | Tracking | Reporting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- Project management certification (PMP/CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
- Experience preparing project dashboards and management presentations.
- Basic understanding of project metrics such as: EVM | CPI | SPI
