Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our partner deployments. Sitting at the critical intersection of our client banks, merchant partners, and internal teams, you will ensure the flawless execution of our rewards ecosystem.
This is a high-ownership role blending relationship management, data analytics, and financial operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment and love turning complex operational moving parts into a seamless machine, you’ll fit right in.
- Cross-Functional Operations & Stakeholder Management
- The Ultimate Bridge: Serve as the primary operational liaison between the internal merchant team, sales, and client bank teams to ensure frictionless daily execution.
- Partner Onboarding: Standardize and facilitate the operational onboarding workflow for new banks and enterprise merchants onto the Adneto ecosystem.
- SLA & Issue Resolution: Proactively diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks, system glitches, or partner escalations while strictly maintaining high Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
2. Campaign Management & Support
- Reward Curation: Coordinate with the merchant ecosystem team to ensure our rewards pipeline remains fresh, highly attractive, and aligned with banking clients' seasonal portfolios.
- Collateral Distribution: Strategically share updated catalogs, curated reward lists, and exclusive merchant offers with partners to maximize program adoption and user engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Assist the business development team during client pitches by providing operational insights, capability demonstrations, and real-time reward availability data.
3. Data Analytics & Insights
- Performance Reporting: Compile, verify, and deliver comprehensive monthly reward redemption data and program analytics to clients.
- Strategic Optimization: Analyze redemption trends to uncover actionable insights, advising clients on high-performing categories to optimize their ROI.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous internal dashboards tracking merchant offers, expiry timelines, complex T&Cs, and client-specific program parameters.
4. Financial Operations & Revenue Assurance
- Billing Coordination: Collaborate closely with finance and merchant teams to generate accurate monthly billing cycles based on complex redemption metrics and platform fees.
- Accounts Receivable: Directly manage the follow-up process with client banking partners to ensure timely invoice clearance and swiftly resolve billing discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Program Management, Client Operations, Partner Success, or Account Management (preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or Premium E-commerce).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data tools (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; SQL/BI tools is a heavy plus) to derive insights and build client-facing reports.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can confidently navigate conversations with corporate banking clients and internal engineering teams alike.
- The Startup Grit: High bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a meticulous eye for detail.
