Must-Have Skills
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in Program Management
- Strong experience in handling mid-sized complex projects
- Well versed in JIRA
- Experience in ServiceNow
- Strong experience managing Agile teams
- Good project planning, tracking, and governance skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery
Good-to-Have Skills
- OpenStack experience
- Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud environments
- Experience in risk management and escalation handling
- Knowledge of project reporting and delivery metrics
- Ability to work in fast-paced and matrix-driven environments
