Role Description
The Program Manager – Talent & Delivery Strategy will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives to align talent and project strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional project teams, aligning talent acquisition and resource planning with delivery requirements, monitoring project execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and implementing innovative practices to enhance operational efficacy. Collaboration with stakeholders, analyzing KPIs, and providing actionable insights will also be critical aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams, multi-tasking, and delivering projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
- Talent Management and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in resource planning, talent acquisition strategies, and aligning people operations with business and delivery goals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate business challenges, implement data-driven solutions, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-powered solutions, or related technology domains is preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous.
