Our work spans research, social assessments, ESG, capacity building, remediation, and stakeholder engagement across India and South Asia.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Program Manager who believes in improving workplaces through effective labour rights implementation, grievance mechanisms, gender equality, and worker engagement. The role requires managing assessments, implementing projects, supporting clients, conducting training programmes, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead labour and social compliance assessments.
- Implement worker wellbeing and grievance mechanism (GRM) programmes.
- Conduct worker, management, and committee training.
- Coordinate with clients and implementation partners.
- Support development of research studies and assessment reports.
- Develop technical proposals and concept notes.
- Monitor project implementation and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare presentations and project documentation.
- Support corrective action plan implementation.
- Travel to project locations across India.

Qualification
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Labour Studies, Human Rights, Development Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, Industrial Relations, HR, or related discipline.
- Additional certifications in social compliance, ESG, SA8000, ISO, labour laws, or gender are desirable.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Labour assessments
- Social assessments
- Worker interviews
- Training delivery
- Grievance mechanism implementation
- Client coordination
- Proposal development
- Research projects
- Project implementation
Experience working with manufacturing, apparel, infrastructure, renewable energy, or development sector projects will be preferred.
