Program Manager – Course Operations
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Work From Office)

Role Overview
The Program Manager will own the end-to-end operational success of BuildAmbit programs, including batch execution, mentor coordination, learner engagement, quality assurance, and continuous program improvement.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, operational rigor, problem-solving ability, and a learner-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course Operations & Program Delivery
- Manage end-to-end execution of online and hybrid learning cohorts.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, assessments, workshops, reviews, and project submissions.
- Coordinate with content, production, tech, and support teams for timely program delivery.
- Track cohort progress, learner attendance, assignment completion, and engagement metrics.
- Create and maintain operational SOPs, trackers, and dashboards.
2. Mentor Management
- Coordinate with industry mentors, trainers, reviewers, and guest experts.
- Manage mentor onboarding, scheduling, communication, and session readiness.
- Ensure mentors follow program structure, timelines, and delivery standards.
- Gather learner feedback on mentors and maintain mentor performance scorecards.
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing mentors and industry experts.
3. Quality Management & Learner Experience
- Monitor overall program quality across sessions, assignments, assessments, and learner interactions.
- Conduct regular quality audits of sessions and learner outcomes.
- Identify learner pain points and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Work closely with academic and content teams to improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent learner satisfaction and completion rates across cohorts.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, customer support, production, and business operations teams.
- Coordinate launch readiness for new programs and cohorts.
- Support placement and hiring partnership initiatives through learner progress tracking.
- Ensure operational alignment across all internal stakeholders.
5. Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain program MIS, mentor databases, and learner performance reports.
- Analyze cohort data to improve retention, completion, NPS, and learner outcomes.
- Automate repetitive operational workflows wherever possible.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in program management, learning operations, academic operations, or edtech operations.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing trainers, mentors, or faculty networks is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with LMS platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational tools.
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple cohorts simultaneously.
Preferred Background
- Experience in EdTech, Upskilling, Higher Education, or Learning Operations.
- Exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), BIM, or technical education domains is a plus.
- Experience handling cohort-based learning programs preferred.
