Role OverviewHiring a Program Manager to drive retail excellence & premium customer experience across pan-India for a leading luxury consumer electronics brand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end retail program execution
- Ensure luxury in-store experience & VM standards
- Manage 1000+ ISDs & ISPs
- Handle modern trade & promoter programs
- Drive sell-out & sell-in performance
- Deliver reports & performance insights
- Act as client SPOC
Ideal Profile- 8–15 years in retail/consumer electronics/premium brands
- Experience managing large-scale teams (1000+ ISDs/ISPs)
- Background in modern trade, promoter programs, sell-in & sell-out
- Strong client management & operations experience
