About the Role
Gloplax Solutions is hiring a PMO Analyst to support project reporting, business operations tracking, process performance measurement, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination across business functions.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Excel, reporting, data analysis, PMO, operations, or business process experience who enjoy working in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and improve MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
• Define and monitor process performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting frameworks
• Manage data collection, reporting accuracy, and dashboard updates across teams
• Analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and support leadership reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs
• Work with stakeholders across functions to improve reporting quality and data visibility
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel, formulas, macros, or spreadsheet tools
• Contribute to internal systems, reporting tools, and process enhancement initiatives
• Ensure timely reporting, issue escalation, and data governance practices
• Support organization-wide initiatives, business reviews, and operational projects
Preferred Background
• 4–8 years of experience in PMO, MIS reporting, business operations, project coordination, reporting analysis, or process management
• Strong expertise in Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards, formulas, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience handling MIS reporting, stakeholder reporting, KPI tracking, or operational dashboards
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving and unstructured environments
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in IT services, consulting, shared services, GCC, BPO, or operations environments preferred
