We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key business programs and partner initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Channel Management to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely completion of deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in program execution and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing business programs and partner initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely follow-ups and task completion
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Support partner onboarding, training coordination, and documentation processes
- Monitor deadlines, milestones, and action items across multiple projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for management reviews
- Help streamline operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Support data analysis and reporting for program performance measurement
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Management-related degree
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and take ownership
