Stipend: ₹15,000/month (₹5,000 fixed + up to ₹10,000 incentives)

About The Role
We’re looking for a Program Management Intern to host our admission webinars, drive student conversions, and manage end-to-end program logistics. This isn’t just a backend role - you’ll be at the front of the funnel, directly influencing student onboarding and revenue for our Internship Launchpad program. If you enjoy speaking, influencing decisions, leading and closing outcomes, this role will give you real ownership and a strong foundation for a high-growth career.
What You'll Do
- Host live admission webinars (60 mins) for students over Google Meet/Zoom
- Handle live Q&A and objections confidently
- Drive post-webinar engagement (nudges, reminders, follow-ups)
- Convert interested students into paid enrollments
- Manage end-to-end program logistics

- Can simplify and explain things clearly
- Have a sales mindset (or are hungry to build one)
