Job details:
We're hiring Program Management Intern- Clinician Training & Excellence
📍 Allo Health, Indiranagar, Bangalore
đź•’ 6 months
💰 ₹20,000 / month
Last cycle taught us something: the work here is wider than one intern can hold. So we're opening two seats.
You'll work on initiatives that shape how doctors and therapists across India are trained and supported in delivering care. Structuring programs, untangling workflows, building the scaffolding that lets a clinician in Coimbatore get the same quality of training as one in Bandra. A lot of the work sits in data too: mock call scores, training outcomes, figuring out what's actually moving the needle versus what just feels productive.
A research or quant background is a real plus.
What sets this role apart?
This is not a support role and not a shadowing internship.
At Allo Health, you’ll work on problems that directly impact how doctors and therapists across India deliver care every single day. Your work will shape training programs, systems, and decisions that affect real clinicians and real patients.
If you enjoy building systems, working with data, and seeing your ideas go live, this role will push you and reward you.
What You’ll Build & Own:
As a Program Management Intern, you won’t just “assist”- you’ll design, run, and improve programs end-to-end:
Design and run clinician training programs (onboarding, upskilling, refreshers) used by doctors and therapists across Allo
Create SOPs, playbooks, and learning resources that simplify complex clinical workflows
Work closely with product, ops, and clinical leaders to build scalable systems—not slide decks
Analyse training and performance data to understand what’s working and what’s not
Use SQL and data analysis to pull insights, track outcomes, and influence decisions
Build dashboards, trackers, and reports that leadership actually uses
Take ideas from problem → solution → rollout → measurement
This role is a great fit if you:
Love structured problem-solving and bringing order to chaos
Enjoy working with data, logic, and systems
Are curious about healthcare, education, operations, or product thinking
Want real responsibility instead of observation
Care about impact and want your work to actually matter
Skills We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to know everything on Day 1, but you should be excited to learn fast.
Must-haves:
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Comfort working with data to answer real questions
Basic to intermediate data analysis skills
Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured reporting
Clear written communication and documentation skills
Nice to have (not mandatory):
MA/MSc in Psychology
Exposure to healthcare, ops, analytics, consulting, or program management
Experience working on projects independently or in fast-moving teams
Understanding of Google Sheets
By the end of this internship, you will have:
Built and run real programs and processes used by clinicians across India
Used data to drive decisions, not just analyse hypotheticals
Learned how healthcare operations and clinician systems work at scale
Worked closely with senior clinical, product, and ops leaders
Highly likely to convert to full-time employee
You'll like this if you get genuinely interested in problems before you get interested in solutions, and if "let me just check the data first" is something you say out loud.
