Role Description:

Responsibilities
- Customer focal: Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Adapts to diverse client personalities, evolving expectations, and product updates.
- Demand analysis: Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to estimate future product demand. Ensure production and supply chain capabilities align with project timelines and delivery expectation.
- Order Management: Continuously track actual demand vs. forecast and adjust plans accordingly to stay agile and responsive
- Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels by balancing supply with anticipated demand, minimizing overstock and stockouts
- Customer Collaboration: Identify potential risks and work with customer upfront to get the orders adjusted to ensure there is no impact on delivery & performance
- QMS: Knowledge of AS9100. Ensure all Project Management QMS procedures are followed for Internal and External Audit readiness
- Shipments: Responsible for daily sales to achieve the budgeted revenue
- Order Tracking: Ensure tracking and updating the shipments status with customers
Desired Skills/Competencies
- Project Management with desired Aerospace domain knowledge. PMP certification is an added advantage
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools; experience with SAP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and should be able to multitask.
