We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, track progress, and help ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing programs and projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and help develop mitigation plans.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Support communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Help improve processes and workflows to enhance program efficiency.
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Spain with legal authorization to work full-time.
