Role Description The Program Lead – CPG will oversee end-to-end program management for consumer packaged goods talent initiatives, ensuring delivery against client expectations and internal performance goals. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves planning, executing, and monitoring programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role includes analyzing program data, preparing reports and dashboards, and using insights to improve processes and outcomes. The Program Lead will engage regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate updates, address issues, and maintain strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include training and guiding team members, enhancing customer service standards, and supporting continuous improvement across CPG-focused programs.
Qualifications
- Strong program management capabilities, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive process improvements.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with clients, teams, and leadership.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or developing team members to improve skills and performance.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences to clients and candidates.
- Experience in CPG or related industries, or in HR consulting, talent solutions, or recruitment programs.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
