Role Description


  • Client Program Ownership:

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for automotive staffing programs across client locations.

Manage client relationships and ensure delivery on agreed SLAs and KPIs.

  • Staffing Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to forecast demand and plan pipeline accordingly.

Drive end-to-end staffing lifecycle: requisition intake,screening, onboarding, and deployment.

  • Delivery & Governance:

Lead regular review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

Monitor staffing metrics such as time-to-fill, on boarding success rate, offer-to-join ratio, and bench utilization.

  • Team & Vendor Management:

Manage third-party vendors and partners

  • Onsite Resource Engagement:

Drive employee engagement activities for onsite deployed staff.

Resolve escalations and ensure high satisfaction of deployed resources


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Deep understanding of staffing processes and workforce planning.
  • Exposure to the automotive domain (e.g., R&D, CAD/CAE, Production, Embedded, EV tech).
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / HR / Business Management; MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 automotive OEMs or suppliers.
  • Familiarity with automotive-specific standards and work environments.
