About The Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end logistics operations for multiple locations in India. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring KPI adherence, managing financial performance, and expanding business footprint through new project rollouts. This position requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-site environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall program management for logistics operations across PAN India locations.
- Ensure seamless execution of inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Drive process standardization and scalability across multiple sites.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define, track, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Analyze performance metrics and identify gaps; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure SLA adherence and continuous performance improvement across all locations.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership and customer reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers/stakeholders
- Conduct daily/weekly operational reviews with the customer
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service excellence.
- Drive governance forums, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and executive-level interactions
- Drive the end-to-end rollout of new warehouse locations, including setup, process implementation, and operational stabilization for the customer.
- Drive business expansion by identifying and securing new opportunities within the account.
- Manage project implementation, including site setup, manpower planning, and SOP deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, engineering, HR) for seamless project execution.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of 3PL logistics, warehousing, and automotive supply chain
- Expertise in multi-site operations management
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and financial controls
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
- Ability to manage ambiguity and scale operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
