About the Organization:
SVATAH Education Foundation works to foster financial literacy among students and adults from marginalized communities, believing it to be one of the most critical skills of the 21st century. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower individuals and communities to make informed financial decisions, leading them towards a life of stability for themselves and their families.
In just a few years, through our programs, we have -
- Directly engaged with 3,700+ students and 2500+ women
- Trained 700+ teachers in personal finance
- Reached multiple states and districts.
We’ve been proud to be incubated by InnovatED and IIM-B’s NSRCEL, and to collaborate with partners such as Zerodha, Zomato, L&T, DIET & Zilla Parishad (Nagpur), Teach For India, Samagra Shikshana-Karnataka, among others. About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team player who is excited to solve India's lack of financial literacy. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for implementing the grade-level financial literacy curriculum in schools. You will work closely with the core team and play a key role in the growth of the organization. You will be the face of the organisation in schools, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the school. You should be an adrenaline junkie who is invigorated by challenges and can live up to high expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the financial literacy learning of students in partner schools.
2. Provide the content team with data, insights and learning from the ground.
3. Build and maintain relationships with the partner schools’ management
4. Conduct research, stay up-to-date with latest trends in financial literacy.
5. Monitor each student’s progress closely, using trackers to craft support.
6. Facilitate other sessions with adult audience as and when the need arises.

Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education sector.
- Prior classroom facilitation/teaching experience is needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Display extreme Ownership and be able to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in leading a group of Individuals.
- Travel to partner schools to execute lessons on weekdays.
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: ₹ 50,000 per month (including travel allowance)
Language: English, Telugu, Hindi
Type of employment: Full-Time (Contract - minimum 1 year)
